We had two rooms carpeted with a high-quality material. They moved furniture and removed the old carpeting. Additionally, they sanded and refinished (using a water-based finish) the hardwood floors in 3 rooms (two rooms were 12 x 12 and one room was 15x15). They also moved furniture from the rooms and moved the furniture back in after the floors dried. Overall, both the carpet installation and refinishing of the hardwood went very well. Both crews were professional and efficient. The sales process was straightforward with detailed information and allowed us to make an informed decision about the products we wanted to use. I would use the Carpet Guys again for future work.

Very nice people & honest! - I liked the fact that the sales person had a perfect chance to sell us more carpet than we needed, but showed us a way to fix what was repairable rather than charging us an extra 600-or 700 that it would have cost to replace the room of carpet.
