The Carpet Guys: Reviews

Very nice people & honest! - I liked the fact that the sales person had a perfect chance to sell us more carpet than we needed, but showed us a way to fix what was repairable rather than charging us an extra 600-or 700 that it would have cost to replace the room of carpet. Really good, honest people. They came highly recommended from a co worker and now I can see why.

Overall excellent experience. Our Design Consultant, Shawn, did a great job. He arrived on time. He was easy going and did not seem to pressure us at all. He let us take all the time we needed to go through the samples, carry them around to each room, and make a decision. The cost was a bit better than expected and less than other estimates. Would only like to have seen more choice of color, quality, and padding available. We were still able to find a style that we liked and are happy with it. On the installation date, everything was on time and went smoothy. The installers cleaned up well and everything looked great!

Best Flooring Company Ever - When I recently needed carpet for my home office, I was not looking forward to dealing with a big store, or pushy sales people; I just wanted some quality flooring!! I called several companies, but went with The Carpet Guys primarily because they were the most personable (they were also very competitive). I scheduled an appointment, picked out my flooring & had it installed in a matter of days, hassle free.

GREAT prices, OUTSTANDING service, HONEST - Be confident that if you call this company, you are calling the best! I will definitely recommend The Carpet Guys to all of my friends and family! As a single female, I was intimidated by the carpet buying process. I knew very little about carpet, and was afraid that I would be forced to deal with a high pressure salesman or a big box store employee with little knowledge. Joe was honest and thorough with explaining everything from start to finish, and he didnt try to sell me more than what I needed. I was able to have my carpet installed the next day, and the installers were outstanding! They even moved my furniture for me - which was another worry for me. The lifetime installation guarantee was another pleasant surprise.
