We had two rooms carpeted with a high-quality material. They moved furniture and removed the old carpeting. Additionally, they sanded and refinished (using a water-based finish) the hardwood floors in 3 rooms (two rooms were 12 x 12 and one room was 15x15). They also moved furniture from the rooms and moved the furniture back in after the floors dried. Overall, both the carpet installation and refinishing of the hardwood went very well. Both crews were professional and efficient. The sales process was straightforward with detailed information and allowed us to make an informed decision about the products we wanted to use. I would use the Carpet Guys again for future work.

We purchased both carpet and hardwood flooring . Carpet was for the Living Room, Hallway, and Family Room. Purchase included the removal and haul-away of old carpet. Hardwood flooring was for Kitchen, Pantry, and Laundry Room. There was no high pressure in dealing with Kevin (salesman). The meeting was very relaxing. Prices are fair. We had carpet installed in Living Room, Hall, and Family Room. Mario and Edward were the installers on our job. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. It was a joy to have them in our house. Afterward, all old carpet was removed and taken away.
