The Carpet Guys: Reviews

Best Flooring Company Ever - When I recently needed carpet for my home office, I was not looking forward to dealing with a big store, or pushy sales people; I just wanted some quality flooring!! I called several companies, but went with The Carpet Guys primarily because they were the most personable (they were also very competitive). I scheduled an appointment, picked out my flooring & had it installed in a matter of days, hassle free.

The Carpet Guys gave me a free estimate on carpet and refinishing my hardwood floors. We were very impressed with the professionalism from beginning to end. We hired The Carpet Guys and they did a wonderful job. Very satisfied! The sales person (Kevin) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He came highly recommended and we are very happy we got to work with him. Prices we the 2nd lowest out of 6 total estimates that we had done. Very straight forward. Great carpet for a good fair price and the installation went perfectly as well.

Shawn came to the house, was professional and worked with us to find the right product and price. Was installed that week. Went well, there was an after install issue that was corrected (on a weekend, after hours) at no charge. Would use them again!

Best service on earth!

We had two rooms carpeted with a high-quality material. They moved furniture and removed the old carpeting. Additionally, they sanded and refinished (using a water-based finish) the hardwood floors in 3 rooms (two rooms were 12 x 12 and one room was 15x15). They also moved furniture from the rooms and moved the furniture back in after the floors dried. Overall, both the carpet installation and refinishing of the hardwood went very well. Both crews were professional and efficient. The sales process was straightforward with detailed information and allowed us to make an informed decision about the products we wanted to use. I would use the Carpet Guys again for future work.
